Cintra Estate Chardonnay Vinegar

This beautiful light vinegar is made Chardonnay grapes for use in Summer salads such as cucumber. BBQ or pan frying seafood, great with with white meats such as chicken or pork. Delicious with freshly shucked oysters and shallots.

Cintra Estate Premium Chardonnay Vinegar

Cintra Estate Premium Chardonnay Vinegar is golden straw in colour. It has a smooth sweet and sour flavour. It shows beautiful fruitiness flavours on the nose which then leads to a long complexed and structured finish on the
palate.

Cintra Estate Caramelised Red Wine Vinegar

This vinegar is made from Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes The Vinegar is aged we then add grape must(sugar) to give it that sweet up front taste. Suitable for the use in fresh spring summer and autumn salads, perfect for winter roasted root vegetables and basting roasts and BBQ meats.

Cintra Estate Vino Cotto has a sweet upfront taste of complexed sweet and sour flavour. Vino Cotto is used in various recipes of red meat like duck, vinaigrettes, salad dressings and deglazing. Sentiment will settle at the bottom of the bottle as its a natural product which is naturally filtered so not to take out the flavours.
