Hay Valley Lamb
Hay Valley Lamb sources the finest quality lamb from the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula. The lambs are grain or grass fed depending on seasonal conditions, undergoing strict quality control to produce a consistently tender and tasty product.
Milk Fed Suffolk Lamb
Milk Fed Suffolk lamb is a 6-8 week old Suffolk-cross lamb which has subsisted on a predominately milk-fed diet. The result is a beautiful, mild-flavoured lamb with minimal creamy fat cover – just enough to prevent drying out but not so much that it requires trimming. Highly seasonal, this beautiful product is available from May to October each year.
Pure Suffolk Lamb
Pure Suffolk Lamb is grown from the distinctive black-faced Suffolk breed of sheep. Ethically produced, this premium product is derived from a 100% meat sheep resulting in a far higher meat quality in terms of flavour, texture, meat grain and marbling.
