Coyo Yoghurt is an all natural, dairy-free yoghurt made from coconut milk. Rich in texture and character, it is smooth and creamy with a distinct but not overpowering coconut flavour.
Coyo is handcrafted in small batches in a custom-made ‘coconut only‘ factory in the UK and is allergen free (no dairy, no soya, no honey, no nuts, no gluten, no egg and no sesame).
Coyo coconuts are harvested by hand on islands free from machinery and pollutants. Made through a process of traditional fermenting and preserving techniques, Coyo yoghurt contains 99% coconut milk with the addition of tapioca starch, pectin and live vegan yoghurt cultures.
