sensational food on the menu @ pink salt
We paid a visit to Double Bay’s Pink Salt recently and the food on offer courtesy of Head Chef Andrew Tomkinson did not disappoint.
The menu sits in the realm of really good, seasonal produce with a Mediterranean influence – a combo that hits the spot beautifully!
The images say it all – a perfectly cooked Silver Fern Farms sirloin, incredible Hay Valley Lamb ribs (with labneh, pistachio, cucumber and pomegranate – yum!) and a mouthwatering Murray Valley Pork belly amongst other incredible dishes.
