We recently stopped into Balcón by Tapavino for a deliciously long lunch, Spanish-style. Big thanks to Executive Chef Todd Garratt for a meal worth savouring.

Knocking up a beautiful mix of rustic and refined dishes from Spain’s north, Todd delivers on all levels, keeping the menu simple, uncomplicated and well executed through his use of premium, seasonal produce.
